2. Handling, Transit, and Cut-off Time
- Order Cut-off Time: 1:00 PM EST, Monday – Friday
- Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday)
- Estimated Transit Time (USA): 5–10 business days
- Estimated Transit Time (International): 1–3 weeks
- Total Estimated Delivery: Most US customers receive orders within 6–13 business days. These are estimates; carrier delays or seasonal volume may impact delivery dates.
3. Change of Address We cannot change the delivery address once a package is in transit. Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to modify shipping details.
4. Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
5. Delivery Terms We use a variety of reliable shipping carriers selected based on destination, package weight, and service level chosen at checkout.
6. Damaged Parcels If your package arrives visibly damaged, refuse delivery if possible and notify us immediately. If delivered while you were away, contact us at info@winswow.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item.
