Tiramisu
Classic Tiramisu βπ°
A light, creamy, coffee-infused Italian dessert!
π Ingredients:
- 1 cup espresso (cooled)
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 package ladyfingers
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
π¨βπ³ Instructions:
- Whisk egg yolks and sugar, then fold in mascarpone.
- Whip heavy cream and fold into the mixture.
- Dip ladyfingers in espresso, layer with mascarpone mixture.
- Repeat layers and dust with cocoa powder.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
π‘ Tip: Let it sit overnight for the best flavor!
